Start free

  • Gemini: Free image generation and editing with a Google account; an easy start for uploading a sketch or a model photo and asking for material, time-of-day lighting and landscaping variations. First step: Upload your sketch and first ask it to change just one thing (e.g. only make the facade material stone, keep the geometry the same); if it distorts the geometry, fix the dimensions and camera angle in the prompt.
  • ComfyUI: Open source (GPL-3.0) and free to run locally; the only atlas tool that can produce renders from sketches while preserving line geometry, through ControlNet-style workflows. First step: Before installing it on your own graphics card, read the license of the model you'll use: e.g. FLUX.1 [dev] is licensed for non-commercial use only; for office work, choose a model that allows commercial use.
  • Planner 5D: The permanently free plan lets you do 2D/3D floor plans and room design in the browser, with a Turkish interface available; for interior designers testing layouts quickly with clients. First step: Draw a room with a free account at planner5d.com; AI floor plan recognition and rendering are on the paid plan, so first see whether the free 3D view is enough.
  • ChatGPT: With limited image creation and unlimited text chat on the free plan, it drafts render prompts, material lists and project description text. First step: First have it write the render prompt as text (camera, lens, time of day, materials), then try the same prompt in Gemini and ChatGPT and compare; turn off the model training option in settings.

First payment: one low-cost plan

  • Gemini: Twice the usage of the free plan and higher limits on image/video generation; paid in local currency without needing a card enabled for foreign transactions. First step: Count for a week how many times you hit the daily image limit on the free plan; if you don't hit it, don't pay.
  • Planner 5D: With Premium, an uploaded floor plan is converted into a 3D project, and the full catalog and standard rendering are unlocked. First step: Compare the $59.99 annual option with $19.99 monthly; try it on one client project with the free plan first.

As you grow: an image studio with a commercial license

  • Magnific (formerly Freepik): Render upscaling and detail enhancement (Magnific), access to multiple image/video models with a single credit pool, and a commercial AI license on the Premium plan; prices are shown in local currency in Turkey. First step: Before buying the annual plan, try one project on the monthly plan; since credits are valid for a year, check in the table on the pricing page how many credits each model uses.
  • Midjourney: Strong on concept atmosphere and material aesthetics; the plan table shows general commercial use terms on all paid plans. First step: Start with the Basic plan; since it isn't faithful to dimensions and geometry, use it only for concept and mood images, and render technical presentations from the real model.

The same task in Turkish

Prepare a render prompt for a fictional space. Space: a 120 m² single-story summer house on the Aegean coast. Walls of local stone with white limewash, a flat roof covered in gravel. On the west facade, a 4 m wide sliding glass door with thin aluminum frames; in front of it, a 3 m deep wooden pergola and two old olive trees. Terracotta tile floor. Time: 30 minutes before sunset. Deliverables: (a) an English render prompt for an image generation tool (camera position and height, lens, lighting, materials, atmosphere); (b) the same prompt in Turkish; (c) a list of things to avoid (negative prompt); (d) if you can generate images, generate a single image with this prompt. Don't use the name of a real architect or brand, and don't include human figures.

What a good answer should include: A successful output: (1) the prompt keeps all seven elements: 120 m² single story, white limewashed stone, flat gravel roof, 4 m sliding glass on the west, wooden pergola, two olive trees, terracotta floor; (2) camera position and lens (mm) are specified; (3) the lighting is consistent with low sunset light falling on the west facade; (4) the Turkish version carries the same content as the English; (5) the negative prompt list has at least 4 items (e.g. pitched roof, people, text/watermark, extra story); (6) no real architect/brand names; (7) if an image was generated, the roof is flat, there is one story and the glazing is on one facade only.

  • ChatGPT · did not meet the criterion (ChatGPT Plus (paid plan), thinking: Medium; image generated inside ChatGPT · October 8, 2026)
A strong prompt: all seven elements kept (120 m² single story, limewashed stone, flat gravel roof, 4 m sliding glass on the west, 3 m pergola, two olive trees, terracotta); camera from the southwest, 9 m away, 1.60 m high, 28 mm; low sunset light falling on the west facade; the Turkish version has the same content; the negative list includes pitched roof, people, extra story, text/watermark. But the image it generated didn't follow its own prompt: the roof is pitched with tiles, and the walls look like smooth plaster instead of stone texture. The prompt is useful; don't use the image without checking it.
  • Gemini · partly (Google AI Pro (paid plan), model: Flash; image generated inside Gemini · October 9, 2026)
The prompt keeps the seven elements; the lens is 24 mm, but the camera height is written as 'eye level' rather than a number; the Turkish version has the same content. The negative list includes people, text, watermark and extra structures, but not 'pitched roof' or 'extra story'. In the image, the limewashed stone wall, pergola, terracotta floor and single story are right; the roof isn't fully flat and looks slightly pitched, and there are more than two olive trees.
  • claude · met the criterion (Claude Max (paid plan), model: Opus 5.5 · October 9, 2026)
The English prompt has all seven elements (120 m² single story, white limewashed stone, flat gravel roof, 4 m sliding glass on the west, 3 m wooden pergola, two olive trees, terracotta); camera in the southwest, 14 m away, 3.5 m high, 35 mm lens; low sunset light raking across the west facade. The Turkish version carries the same content. The negative prompt is long: people, text/watermark, pitched roof, extra story, pool, palm trees. No real architect or brand names in the prompt. Claude has no image generation of its own; since it doesn't use the image tool connected to this account without an explicit request, no image was generated and the image criterion wasn't applied.
