Social Media Management —
A social media agency that runs your accounts on a plan.
When customers find you, they usually look at your Instagram profile first. What they see there — when you last posted, whether the content looks like you or like a template, whether their question gets an answer — decides whether they get in touch. We run your accounts on a monthly plan, produce the content, answer comments and messages, and report the results every month.

What is social media management, and what does a social media agency do?
Social media management is running a brand’s Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or LinkedIn accounts against a plan: deciding what to post, producing it, publishing it, answering the comments and messages that come in, and measuring the result.
A social media agency does this for you, the same way every month. At the start of the month a content calendar comes to you for sign-off; during the month the posts go live and the account never goes unanswered; at the end you get a report on what worked. Next month’s plan comes out of that report.
Social media management is the organic side of an account. Paid advertising is separate work; the two can run together, but one does not replace the other.
If you also want paid ads for your account, see our Meta ads service.
“We post when we have time”
- Posting depends on whoever remembers
- Stock templates and stock photos
- Comments and DMs wait for days
- The only number watched is followers
Social media management
- An approved monthly content calendar
- A visual style and voice that are yours
- Comments and messages answered within a set time
- Monthly report: engagement, profile visits, messages
If your last post was five weeks ago , customers ask themselves before they ask you: is this business still open? Most do not wait for the answer — they move on to the next profile.
You have an account and you post — so why do no messages come in?
Most business accounts lose customers in the same three places. None of them is visible, because the customer who leaves never tells you.

No plan, so the account runs in gaps
Posts go out “when there is time”; in a busy week the account goes silent, then three posts land at once. An irregular account reads like a closed shop, and the algorithm treats it that way.
The content looks like a template, not like you
Ready-made templates and stock photos are quick, but they look exactly like your competitor’s feed. If people cannot tell you apart, they do not remember you: your product, your place and your team never appear.
The account does not talk back
Comments and DMs wait for days. Yet the person asking “how much is it, do you have a slot?” is the closest to buying; when no answer comes, they ask another account.
What does your account tell a customer today? In the first call, let’s look at your profile together through a customer’s eyes.
Free auditWhat is in a social media management package?
A package is more than “how many posts a month”. The six things we do in monthly management, and what you get from each:
Account and competitor audit
We review your profile, your recent posts and a few accounts in your sector: which content started conversations, which fell flat, and what the profile tells a stranger.
OutputBaseline report and profile fix list
Content plan and monthly calendar
Content themes (product, behind the scenes, customer questions, offers), format mix and posting days. The calendar comes to you for sign-off before the month starts; no surprise posts.
OutputSigned-off monthly content calendar
Design and copy: posts, carousels, stories
We build a visual style that belongs to your brand: colour, type, photo direction. Captions are written the way you talk, not in brochure language.
OutputBrand template system + ready-to-post content
Reels ideas, scripts and editing
We write which Reels to make and why, and what appears in the first second; we edit the footage you shoot. When a professional shoot is needed, our production team steps in.
OutputScripted Reels list and edited videos
Publishing, comments and DMs
Posts go live on the planned day. Comments and messages are answered within a set time; a library of approved answers covers common questions, and anything that needs your decision is passed to you.

Monthly report and next month’s plan
Follower count alone says little. The report covers reach, engagement, profile visits, link clicks and incoming messages, which content worked, and what we change next month.

How social media management works: the first month and after
The first month is set-up: we learn the account, build the voice and templates, and put the first calendar live. From month two the same cycle repeats every month.
- 1Week 1
Audit and goal
We review your account and competitors and agree with you what the account is for: bookings, store visits, orders or awareness. The report is built around that goal.

Voice, visual style and templates
We define how the brand talks and which colours and type it uses, and tidy up the bio and highlights.

First calendar goes live
The first posts you approved go live and comment and DM handling starts. In the first weeks we see which questions come up most and complete the answer library accordingly.

Report, review, new calendar
At month-end the report arrives; we do more of what worked and change what fell flat. The new calendar comes to you for sign-off based on that review.

What we need from you
- Access via Meta Business Suite (not your password)
- Logo, photos and product or service details
- One person who signs off the calendar
- A short shoot or photo session once a month
Let’s agree what your account is for — the first month’s plan comes out of that.
Book a callSocial media management, Meta ads or video production? Which one fits you?
All three meet on the same account, but they solve different problems. This is how to choose where to start:
- This page
Social media management
Makes the account regular, on-brand and responsive: plan, content, community, reporting.
Choose it when
Your account is irregular, you have no time to make content, or messages go unanswered.
Meta ads
Reaches the audience you choose directly, with budget, aiming for sales and messages from people who do not follow you.
Choose it when
You need results this month or organic reach is not enough. The profile the ad sends people to still has to be in good shape.
See Meta adsVideo production
Shooting and editing Reels, brand films and product videos — and AI video where it fits.
Choose it when
You run the account yourself but cannot produce good video.
See video production
For most businesses the first step is getting the account in order; ads and shoots are added on top. Not sure? In the audit we tell you, based on your own account.
Who is social media management right for?
Clinics, cafés, shops, B2B firms — the needs differ. Where this service works and where it does not:
A good fit if…
- Customers check your Instagram before they buy (clinics, restaurants, beauty, education, boutiques)
- You are a doctor, dietitian or psychologist and want an informative account within your professional rules
- Nobody on your team has time to make content and answer messages
- You are open to showing your product, your place or your team
Not yet, if…
- You need a channel that sells this month (start with Meta ads)
- You only want a bigger follower count; we do not buy followers
- Every post would sit in an approval chain for days
- You run the account yourself and only need video (video production)
What we do not promise
- “10k followers in three months”Most people who promise follower counts keep the promise by buying them. Bought followers drag down engagement and damage the account’s reach.
- A guarantee of going viralNobody can know in advance which post will spread. What we promise is consistency, quality and measurement every month.
- Sales from organic posts aloneOrganic reach is limited. A well-run account builds trust and brings messages; fast sales usually need ads alongside it.
- The same post on every platformCopying one post to four platforms is not “management”. We choose together which platforms you actually need to be on.
What drives social media management pricing?
Comparing two packages on “12 posts a month” is misleading — one may be templates, the other filmed Reels. Six factors set the monthly fee:
After the audit you get an itemised monthly proposal: how many posts, which formats, whether shoots are included — with ad budget and shoot costs shown separately.
Number of platforms
Instagram only, or TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn too? Each platform needs its own format and tone.
Monthly volume and format mix
Single images, carousels, stories and Reels take very different effort. The more Reels, the bigger the job.
Where the footage comes from
Do you supply the photos and videos, or do we need regular shoots? Shoots appear as a separate line.
Community management scope
Message volume, response hours and weekend cover. A few messages a day and hundreds are not the same job.
Whether ads are included
Adding ad management raises the agency fee; the ad budget itself is separate and paid directly to Meta.
Languages
Turkish plus English or more means separate copy and checks for every post.
Social media identity by sector
Concept WorkFor each sector we invent a brand and design its Instagram end to end: profile, highlights, grid rhythm, photographic direction and the sector’s own formats — the restaurant’s menu, the developer’s floor plan, the manufacturer’s datasheet. These are concept studies, not client work.

Nüans Aesthetics — The difference no one notices.
A clinic that does not sell exaggeration. The claim is subtlety, so the design does not shout: wide whitespace, one warm accent, unforced light in the photography. Prices are not hidden and recovery time is spelled out day by day.
Bone white reads clinical without going cold; the clay accent carries warmth without clashing with skin tones.

Social media management: frequently asked questions
A single figure would mislead, because the fee depends on the number of platforms, monthly volume, how many Reels, whether shoots are needed and how many messages come in. When comparing, separate three lines: the agency’s monthly fee, any shoot costs, and the ad budget. The ad budget is paid directly to Meta, not to the agency. After the audit we send a proposal that lists these separately.
