GEO Agency —
Generative engine optimization for AI search.
Your customers now ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Google’s AI summary which company to choose. Those answers name a handful of brands and show nothing else. We work to make yours one of those names — and measure it every month with the same questions.

What is GEO, and what does a GEO agency do?
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is the work of getting your brand named and cited in the answers given by AI engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.
SEO moves you up a list of results; GEO aims to get you inside the answer. A GEO agency runs four things together: clear content a model can quote, structured data (schema) that defines your brand, external sources that mention you, and regular prompt testing to measure all of it.
The two are not rivals. Pages that are strong on Google also tend to be cited more in AI answers, which is why GEO is built on top of a solid SEO foundation.

Classic search · SEO
- A list of ten links
- The user compares and chooses
- Goal: rank near the top
- Measured by rank and clicks
AI search · GEO
- One answer, a few brand suggestions
- The model narrows the options; users often trust it
- Goal: be named and cited in the answer
- Measured by monthly tests with the same prompts
Search results line up the options and let you choose. AI usually writes a single answer and narrows the options to a few names. If you are not among them, you are not on your customer’s shortlist either.
Why does AI recommend your competitor and not you?
AI does not pick brands at random; it relies on information it can find and verify. When you are missing, it is usually for one of these three reasons.
A few clinics in Kadıköy that stand out for implants:
- 1.Klinik Mavi — often mentioned for its specialists and patient reviews
- 2.Dent Moda — explains its process and pricing factors openly
- 3.Kadıköy Ağız ve Diş — listed in health directories

The model does not know you
What you do, where you are and who you serve are not written in a form a machine can read. No schema, generic service pages, business details that differ from one platform to the next.
Nobody else mentions you
AI answers draw heavily on external sources: directories, comparison articles, news sites, forums. If your competitor is mentioned there and you are not, the model picks them.
No page answers the question
Customers ask concrete things: which is better, how long does it take, what drives the price? Without short, quotable answers on your site, the model takes its answer from somewhere else.
What does AI say about your brand today? In the first call, let’s ask a few real questions from your sector together.
Free auditWhat a GEO engagement actually includes
Six workstreams. Each ends with something concrete in your hands — not an unmeasurable “we optimised things”.
AI visibility audit
We define the questions your customers ask and put each one to ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews: who is named, which source is cited, where are you?
OutputPrompt set + baseline table per engine
Entity and brand consistency
Your name, address, services and specialism are written the same way on your site, Google Business Profile, social accounts and directories, making it easier for a model to tie scattered mentions to one brand.
OutputConsistency audit and fix list
Structured data (JSON-LD schema)
Organization, Service, FAQPage and LocalBusiness schema tell machines exactly what each page is about. We also set up llms.txt and access for AI crawlers.
OutputValidated schema live on your site
Quotable content
Every answer starts with two or three sentences at the top of the page, then the detail. Definitions, comparisons, timelines and pricing factors — blocks a model can quote directly.
OutputRewritten service pages and FAQs
Earning external mentions
Industry directories, comparison articles, local listings and press. We never buy links; we find the places where your brand genuinely deserves a mention and earn it with content and relationships.
OutputTarget source list and monthly progress
Monthly prompt testing and reporting
Every month we rerun the original prompt set on the same engines. Where you started appearing, where you are still missing and what we focus on next — all in one report.

How GEO is done: the first 90 days
GEO is not a one-off setup, but the first three months are well defined. On most sites the early weeks go into the technical and content foundation.
- 1Weeks 1-2
Measure: how does AI see you?
We define 20-30 real questions from your sector, ask each one on four engines and record who is named and which source is cited. In parallel we review your site’s technical foundation.
Baseline report: prompt set + status per engine
- 2Weeks 3-4
Foundation: schema, entity and crawler access
JSON-LD schema, consistent business details, llms.txt and AI crawler access. The invisible layer everything else is built on.
Technical fixes applied to your site
- 3Weeks 5-8
Content: pages that answer the questions
We rewrite your service pages and FAQs in the language of the questions: short answer first, then proof and detail. Where no page answers a question, we create one.
Pages published
- 4Weeks 9-12
Authority and the first comparison
We work on getting mentioned in the target sources and rerun the original prompt set. The first before/after comparison happens here, and the plan for the following months comes out of it.
Day-90 report: before / after
What we need from you
- Access to your site or your developer
- Google Search Console and GA4 access
- One or two short calls about your expertise
- Quick sign-off on content drafts
Tell us which questions you want to show up for — we will build the prompt set together.

Who is GEO the right investment for?
The best answer to “can I trust a GEO agency?” is an agency that tells you plainly what it cannot do.
A good fit if…
- Your customers research before they decide (health, education, legal, B2B, tourism, high-ticket products)
- Your site already has some footing on Google
- You are open to producing content that shows your expertise
- You accept seeing results over months, with regular measurement
Not yet, if…
- You have no website or no Google presence at all (start with web and SEO)
- You need a channel that sells this month (start with ads)
- Your customers make instant, low-price purchases
- You cannot spare any time to write or update content
What we do not promise
- A “#1 in ChatGPT” guaranteeAI answers have no fixed ranking; the same question can get a different answer on a different day. Anyone guaranteeing a position is selling something they do not measure.
- Results by a set dateWe do not control when models are updated. What we promise is that the work gets done and is measured every month with the same questions.
- Paid links and fake reviewsWe never buy links or manufacture reviews. Even when they work short term, they put your brand at risk.
- A miracle on its ownIf your product, service and customer experience are not good, no optimisation will convince a model to recommend you.
What drives GEO agency pricing?
We do not publish a fixed package price, because no two businesses start from the same place. Five factors shape the proposal:
After the audit you get an itemised proposal showing why each piece of work is there — and what is not included in the price.
Number of target questions
Showing up for 10 questions and for 60 are different jobs. A bigger prompt set means more content and more measurement.
Where your site is today
The first months look very different for a technically sound site than for one missing schema, service pages and speed.
Content needs
Is rewriting existing pages enough, or are new pages and guides needed?
External source work
How much work goes into directories, listings and press is the most variable line in the proposal.
Languages and markets
Turkish only, or English and international markets too? Every language means its own prompt set and its own measurement.
