1. Overview

Protecting the privacy of visitors to our website is a priority for DijiKoçum ("the Company"). This Privacy Policy explains how information collected through our site is used and protected.

2. What We Collect and Where It Is Stored

The name, email, phone number and message you provide through our strategy call forms, contact panel, budget calculator and checkup tools are stored in a secure Supabase cloud database. So that we can tell which page a request came from, the address of the page you submitted the form on and, if present, the campaign tag (UTM) and source type you arrived with are added to the record; query strings and browser details are not. Your information is never sold or rented to third parties.

3. Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics cookies to improve the user experience and produce anonymous statistics. Analytics and advertising cookies run only if you explicitly accept them; you can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer, or block cookies in your browser settings.

Separately, we use a cookieless page counter to see how many people visit. It writes nothing to your browser (no cookies, no local storage) and stores no personal data: only the page opened, the domain or campaign tag you came from, device type, browser and operating system name, a country inferred from your time zone, and the time. Your IP address is not stored; to tell repeat visits apart within a single day, a one-way digest is derived from your IP and browser details using a key that changes daily and is deleted the next day. You therefore cannot be recognised across days or on other sites.
