Meta Ads Agency —
Instagram and Facebook ads that sell.
Hitting “Boost” and collecting likes is not advertising. Instagram and Facebook ads run on the same Meta system, and that system increasingly chooses who sees each ad on its own — so the biggest lever is no longer targeting settings, it is creative. We produce the creative, set up tracking, test what sells and move the budget there. The ad account is yours and you pay Meta directly.

What are Meta ads, and what does an Instagram ads agency do?
Meta ads are paid ads on Instagram, Facebook and Messenger, run from a single dashboard (Meta Ads Manager). An Instagram ad is not a separate product; it is one placement in the same system.
The “Boost” button is a Meta ad too, but its simplest form, with limited goals and measurement. An Instagram ads agency builds on three things: creative that stops the scroll, tracking that reports sales back to Meta (the pixel and Conversions API), and steady testing that moves budget to the winning ad.
The difference from organic posting: your post reaches some of your followers; an ad reaches people who have never heard of you but may be interested, for as long as you run it.
For your account’s content plan and day-to-day running, see our social media management service.
The “Boost” button
- One post, one time
- Usually aimed at likes and profile visits
- Measured by in-app numbers
- No way to tell which ad made the sale
Ads Manager · this page
- Several creatives tested side by side
- Aimed at messages, leads or sales
- Measured with the pixel + Conversions API
- The report shows which creative sold
On Instagram, your ad competes with a friend’s holiday photo under the same thumb . If it does not stop the scroll in the first second, the rest of the budget is spent on a video nobody watches.
Why are your Instagram ads not bringing in sales?
People literally search whether Instagram sponsored ads can be trusted. So your ad is met with suspicion first — and then one of these three problems stops the sale.

One creative, for weeks
Showing the same image to the same people again and again wears interest down — creative fatigue. Meta’s own advice is creative diversity: different angles, formats and opening frames. The system learns who to show an ad to largely from the ad itself.
The ad does not earn trust
An unknown account, a post with no price, no shipping or returns info, unanswered comments. People who tap an ad check your profile first; if it is empty or messy, that is where the ad’s work ends.
Meta does not know what sells
The pixel is missing or wrong, Conversions API is not set up, and sales that close in DMs or on WhatsApp are never reported back. The system treats the ad that collects likes as the “winner” and gives it the budget.

Free account auditWhat Instagram ads management actually includes
Six workstreams. Each ends with something concrete in your hands — not an unmeasurable “ads were managed”.
Account and tracking setup
Business portfolio and ad account in your name; the Meta pixel, Conversions API, domain verification and events: messages, leads, add to cart, purchases. Every event is tested.
OutputTested event list
Creative production
Vertical video, UGC-style shoots, carousels and static images. Different angles every test round: problem, proof, price, objection. Edits that make sense in the first second and work with the sound off.
OutputA fresh creative set for each test round
Campaign structure and audiences
A simple structure instead of dozens of tiny ad sets: prospecting, retargeting site visitors and engagers, excluding existing customers. Every decision with a written rationale.
OutputCampaign plan + setup notes
Creative testing
We run several angles at once and compare cost per result. We keep the winner, retire the tired ones and build new variations on the winning angle.
OutputTest table: which angle, which result
Message and lead-form flow
If sales close in DMs or on WhatsApp, the ad’s job does not end with a message. Quick replies, form questions and the hand-off to your team are set up together.
OutputMessage flow + quick replies
Monthly report
Spend, messages, leads and sales; cost per result, broken down by creative. Likes and reach are there too, but they are not the measure of success. The report ends with next month’s test plan.

How to run Instagram ads: the first 8 weeks
The short answer to “what do I need to run Instagram ads?”: a professional Instagram account, an ad account, a payment method and tracking that measures sales. The rest follows in this order.
- 1Week 1
Account and tracking
The business portfolio and ad account are opened in your name, or your existing ones are audited; you add the payment method and we get partner access. The Instagram account is connected, and the pixel and Conversions API are set up and tested.
Account in your name + working tracking
- 2Weeks 2-3
First creative set and launch
We draw several angles from your product or service and produce the first creative set. Copy and the campaign plan come to you for sign-off, then go live.
Live campaigns + creative set
- 3Weeks 4-6
Testing and clean-up
Changing settings daily during the learning phase resets the learning, so we work weekly. Tired creative comes out, new variations on the winning angle go in.
Weekly test notes
- 4Weeks 7-8
First review
Which angle and which format brought sales or messages, and at what cost? A budget increase is only proposed after this data; if results are missing, we also talk about the product, price or offer.
Day-60 report + budget recommendation
What we need from you
- Admin access to your Instagram and Facebook accounts
- Product and price details, shipping and returns terms
- Products or a location to shoot (or existing visuals)
- Fast replies to messages and feedback on sales
Tell us what you want to sell — we will work out which angles to test first together.
Book a callInstagram ads, social media management or digital marketing?
The three are often confused. Where you start depends on the state of your profile today and how many channels you advertise on:
Social media management
Your account’s content plan, regular posting and conversations with followers.
Choose it when
Your profile is empty or irregular. People who come from an ad check your profile first; if it is bare, the ad cannot earn trust.
See social media management- This page
Instagram ads
Reaching people who do not know you yet, aimed at sales, through creative, tracking and testing.
Choose it when
Your profile is in order, the product and price are clear, and you want more messages or sales this month.
Digital marketing
A plan that runs Instagram, Google and other channels on one budget and one report.
Choose it when
You advertise on several channels and want data to decide where the budget goes.

Not sure? In the audit we look at your profile and ad account and tell you where it makes sense to start.
Who do Instagram ads actually work for?
Instagram ads create demand: they tell someone who is not looking that they might need this. For some businesses that is powerful; for others it is expensive.
A good fit if…
- Your product can be shown visually (fashion, home, beauty, food, education, travel)
- Your sales channel is ready: a site, WhatsApp or fast replies to DMs
- You can set aside a test budget for several weeks
- You are open to producing new creative regularly (shoots or sending products)
Not yet, if…
- People already search Google for you and you want to meet that demand (start with Google Ads)
- Your profile has no content yet (start with social media management)
- You cannot reply to incoming messages within the day
- You sell a product restricted by Meta’s advertising policies
What we do not promise
- A “Y sales for X lira” guaranteeThe auction, the season, competitors and your product itself set the cost per result. Nobody can know that number before the first test.
- A follower guaranteeFollowers are not sales. Bought followers, or uninterested ones collected with “follow” ads, also pollute the audience data for future ads.
- “Set it and forget it” adsMeta ads do not improve on their own; creative tires and costs rise. Weekly upkeep and regular new creative are the work itself.
- Keeping the account and data with the agencyThe business portfolio, ad account and pixel are in your name. If you leave, the creative, audiences and history stay with you.
What drives Instagram ads costs?
There are two separate payments: the ad budget you pay Meta, and the management and creative fee you pay the agency. We do not publish packages; these factors set the amount:
The proposal lists the agency fee, creative production and recommended ad budget on separate lines. Ad spend never passes through our invoice; it goes to Meta directly from your payment method.
Ad budget
The cost of impressions varies with the audience, the season (busy periods like year-end and sales events), placement and how engaging the creative is. You set the budget daily or as a total.
Creative needs
How many new creatives a month? A new shoot, edits from existing footage, or content creators?
Market and catalogue
One city, all of Turkey or abroad; whether you need catalogue-driven dynamic ads.
Tracking setup
Are the pixel and Conversions API in place? The site platform (Shopify, Ticimax, WordPress, custom) changes setup time.
Message handling
Who answers the messages ads bring in? Does that stay with you, or do we set up the flow?
Instagram ads: frequently asked questions
Meta has a daily minimum, but it is small and varies by currency; Ads Manager shows it when you enter a budget. The real question is what a meaningful test needs. By Meta’s definition, an ad set usually exits the learning phase after around 50 results within 7 days. Your expected cost per result multiplied by that number gives a rough floor for the weekly budget. That is why, on a small budget, we optimise for a more frequent event such as messages or add-to-cart instead of purchases.
