Google Ads Agency —
Win the customers already searching for you.
Someone types exactly what you sell into Google, and the first thing they see is a competitor’s ad. Google Ads is the most direct way to win that moment — but a campaign launched without tracking quietly burns the budget. We measure what actually sells first, then move the budget there. The account is opened in your name and you pay Google directly.
- Ad account in your name
- Budget paid straight to Google, from your card
- Agency fee separate and in writing

What is Google Ads, and what is it for?
Google Ads is the advertising system that lets you appear as a paid result on Google Search, YouTube, Maps and Google’s partner sites. With Search ads you usually pay only when someone clicks your ad.
Its strength is intent: people type into Google at the moment they need something. Someone searching “emergency plumber near me” wants a fix, not information. Ads let you appear at the top of that search.
Position is not just about money. On every search Google weighs your bid together with how relevant your ad and landing page are to that search. That is why a well-built account can use the same budget more efficiently.
If you want Google, Instagram and other channels run under one plan, see our digital marketing agency service.
An account that was just switched on
- Campaigns go live, tracking never gets built
- Reported: clicks and impressions
- Broad match, no negative keyword list
- Account and payments held by the agency
A managed account · this page
- Conversion tracking built and tested first
- Reported: forms, calls, sales and their cost
- Search terms cleaned up every week
- Account, data and payments in your name
Your competitor on Google is not winning because they are better than you, but because they are the first thing the customer sees. If you are not in that search, that customer never existed for you.
I run Google Ads — why am I not getting results?
Your competitor’s ad may not be better than yours — but their account does not have these three problems. Budget usually leaks through one of these three holes.

Local Plumbers — Reviews and Phone Numbers

Nothing measures what sells
Conversion tracking is missing or set up wrong: page views count as “conversions”, phone calls are never counted. Google’s automated bidding learns from this data, so the account optimises towards the wrong goal.
Budget goes to irrelevant searches
Broad match is on and there is no negative list, so you also pay for searches like “plumber salary” or “plumbing course”. If nobody reads the search terms report, nobody knows where the money goes.
Clicks arrive, the page does not sell
The ad says “same-day service” and the click lands on the home page. The phone number is not tappable on mobile, the form asks for ten fields. If the landing page’s first screen does not deliver the ad’s promise, the click is wasted.

Free account auditWhat does a Google Ads agency actually do?
Six workstreams. Each ends with something concrete in your hands — not an unmeasurable “campaigns were optimised”.
Conversion tracking
Google Ads conversion tags and GA4: form submissions, phone and WhatsApp clicks, and for e-commerce, sales and order value. Enhanced Conversions where it fits. Every conversion is tested one by one.
OutputTested conversion list
Keyword and intent map
We separate searches with buying intent from people looking for information. This decides which ad group and page answers each keyword, and which negatives go in on day one.
OutputCampaign structure + starting negative list
Campaign build
Search campaigns, Merchant Center and Shopping ads for e-commerce, Performance Max and YouTube where they fit. Budget split and bid strategy are set with a written rationale.
OutputLive campaigns + setup notes
Ad copy and assets
Headlines, descriptions, sitelinks, call and location assets, images and video. Copy that speaks the search’s language and filters before the click: price range, service area, opening hours.
OutputAd copy approved by you
Landing page fit
The ad’s promise should be visible on the first screen; the phone number one tap away on mobile, the form short. We write recommendations for your current page or build a campaign-specific one.
OutputPage recommendations or a campaign page
Weekly upkeep, monthly report
Every week: search terms, bids and budget split. Every month: spend, conversions and cost per conversion. The report also says what we changed that month, and why.

How to advertise on Google: the first 60 days
Ads can go live within days, but it takes weeks for an account to learn what sells. That is why the first two months are clearly defined.
- 1Week 1
Account and tracking
If you have an account, we audit it. If not, the account is opened with your email, the billing details and payment method are yours, and we are invited as managers. Conversion tracking is set up and tested.

Plan and launch
The keyword map, negative list, campaign structure and ad copy come to you for sign-off. Once approved, they go live.

Learning and clean-up
The bidding system learns during the first weeks, and changing settings daily disrupts that. We work weekly: clean up search terms, shift budget to groups that convert, replace weak ads.

First review
Which campaign and which keyword converted, and at what cost? The next month’s plan follows from that: scale, stop or change. A budget increase is only proposed after this data.

What we need from you
- Your Google account (email) and billing details; you enter the payment method
- Access to your site or Tag Manager
- Feedback on which leads became sales (phone leads included)
- Quick sign-off on ad copy
Tell us which searches you want to appear for — we will estimate the cost per click for those keywords together.
Book a callGoogle Ads, Instagram ads or SEO?
All three reach the same customer at different moments. Where you start depends on whether people are already searching for what you offer:
- This page
Google Ads
Shows you to people who are already searching, at the moment they search, at the top of the page.
Choose it when
People type what you sell into Google and you want to meet that demand this month.
Instagram ads
Reaches people who are not searching for you yet but may be interested, with images and video in their feed.
Choose it when
Your product sparks interest when seen, or people are not yet searching for your kind of solution.
See Instagram adsSEO
Site and content work to appear in the organic results for the same searches, without paying per click.
Choose it when
You accept seeing results over months and want to depend less on ad budgets.
See SEO agency
For most businesses the answer is both: Google Ads meets demand today, SEO builds the ground for the same searches tomorrow. If you want every channel in one plan and one report, our digital marketing service is built for that.
Who is Google Ads the right investment for?
Our first question to anyone who says “I want to advertise on Google” is always the same: do people type what you sell into Google? If not, even the best-built campaign has no searches to show up for.
A good fit if…
- Your customers search Google for your product or service (trades, clinics, education, B2B, e-commerce)
- Someone is there to handle the leads: answering calls, replying to messages
- You can set aside a budget for at least two months of testing
- You can tell us which leads turned into sales
Not yet, if…
- Nobody searches for your product yet (start by creating demand with Instagram ads)
- Your site does not work properly on mobile (fix the website first)
- The budget only covers a week or two of testing
- You sell a product restricted by Google’s advertising policies
What we do not promise
- An “always at the top” guaranteeAd position is decided again by auction on every search. Being on top every time cannot be guaranteed, and is usually needlessly expensive.
- A guaranteed number of sales or costCompetitors’ bids, season, your offer and your page set the cost per conversion. Nobody knows that number before the first test; anyone who talks as if they do is selling a guess.
- “A special discount or priority position from Google”No agency can get a click discount or priority placement from Google; the auction sets the price on every search. Do not give account details to anyone who promises otherwise.
- Routing your ad budget through usWe never ask you to pay your ad budget into our account. The money goes straight to Google from your payment method, and you see the spend and invoices in your own Google account.
What drives Google Ads costs?
There are two separate payments and they should not be mixed up: the ad budget you pay Google, and the management fee you pay the agency. We do not publish a price list; these factors shape both:
The proposal lists the agency fee and the recommended ad budget on separate lines. Ad spend never passes through our invoice.
Cost per click
Cost per click depends on competition in your sector. We estimate it for your keywords with Google’s Keyword Planner during the audit.
Area and schedule
One district or the whole country? Will ads run around the clock, or only when someone can answer the phone?
Number and type of campaigns
A single Search campaign and Search plus Shopping plus YouTube are different jobs; more products mean more to manage.
State of tracking
If tracking is already in place, setup is quick. If not, the first month includes a one-off setup job.
Creative and page needs
Whether you need YouTube video, image assets or a campaign landing page changes the fee.
Google Ads: frequently asked questions
Google has no required minimum; you set a daily budget. Under the rule in Google Ads Help, spend can reach up to twice the daily budget on some days, but over a month you will not be charged more than 30.4 times your average daily budget. The budget needed for a meaningful test depends on your keywords’ cost per click; we estimate it keyword by keyword in the audit.
