23 sectors, four different customer journeys. Each brings its own questions and assumptions.
Every number has an address.
Every source was opened and read on 28 September 2026. As there is no published, methodology-backed source on TRY click and lead costs in Türkiye, those values are clearly labelled “DijiKoçum assumption”. US data only sits alongside as context. None of this is a client result.

Deloitte estimate based on industry association filings (April 2025). Total TRY 253.6 bn; digital share 74.2%; within digital, social 47.1%, search 19%.
13,474 US search campaigns (Google + Microsoft Ads), 1 April 2025 – 31 March 2026; medians, USD. We show CTR and conversion rate as context; dollar CPCs do not transfer to the Turkish auction.

41k+ landing pages, 464M unique visitors, 23.07.2023 – 23.07.2024; industry medians. All industries: 6.6%.
Rolling 12-month window (read September 2026). Overall 2.72%; beauty 5.39%, food 4.8%, fashion 2.77%, home & furniture 1.22%, luxury & jewellery 0.72%. Sample not stated (their enterprise clients); values change monthly.
40,000+ mostly US e-commerce brands, 1 August 2025 – 31 July 2026; medians. Conversion rate from Meta ads 1.53% overall, ROAS 1.88.
Average of 50 studies: documented cart abandonment 70.22% (updated 22.09.2025). We use it to estimate how much more often add-to-cart happens than purchase.
An SEO agency’s anonymised 2017-2025 client data, not independent research. Another page by the same publisher gives much lower rates for the same stage, so we only use it as broad-range context.
Peer-reviewed systematic review, 105 studies (1980–2016). Average no-show rate ~23%; Europe 19.3%, Asia 25.1%. No Türkiye-specific figure.
1.25 million leads at 42 US firms: those responding within an hour were nearly 7 times as likely to qualify the lead as those waiting an hour longer, and more than 60 times as likely as those waiting 24+ hours. In an audit of 2,241 firms the average response time was 42 hours.
6 companies, 15,000+ leads: calling at 30 minutes instead of 5 cut the odds of contact 100-fold and of qualifying 21-fold. Co-authored by the vendor selling the service.
An investor-operator guide, not an empirical average: the best SaaS businesses have LTV:CAC above 3 and recover CAC in 5-7 months.
900+ US operators, 2024: food and non-alcoholic beverage cost median 32% of sales (full-service 32.0%, limited-service 32.4%).
A 5% location fee is added to impressions delivered to audiences in Türkiye; it is separate from the campaign budget and appears as its own invoice line.
“As of 1 January 2026 the Türkiye Regulatory Operating Cost was reduced from 7% to 4.5%.” Applies to ads shown in Türkiye. It stems from the Digital Service Tax on ad services (5% in 2026, Presidential Decision 10767).
Standard rate 20% from 10.07.2023. Meta adds VAT to invoices of accounts without a Turkish tax ID; accounts with one self-assess. Deductible for VAT-registered businesses, so it is not part of the profitability math.
An ad set usually exits the learning phase after about 50 results in the week after its last significant edit; otherwise it shows “Learning limited”. Frequent budget changes can restart learning.
Target CPA can start with no conversion history; to evaluate it Google recommends “the last 30 days, including at least 30 conversions”. Smart Bidding learning typically takes 1-2 conversion cycles.
Art.5: covert or open advertising is banned; only principled promotion and information is allowed. No fees, discounts or campaigns; patient thanks may not be used as ads; before/after images must share setting and conditions and carry dates.
Listings must clearly show the authorisation certificate number, business name, province-district-neighbourhood and parcel; unjustified price hikes in online listings are banned (Art.12/3).
From 01.08.2026 influencer ads must carry “Reklam” or “Tanıtım”, visible without scrolling.
Ads implying unauthorised capital-market activity are stopped, access is blocked and prosecution follows; BTK blocks unauthorised leveraged-trading (forex) sites.

Worst / middle / best-case ends we use for Turkish budget planning as of September 2026. Not based on external research; TRY costs age with inflation, so they are reviewed quarterly. If you have your own account data, enter it: it is always more accurate than this.
- DijiKoçum assumption· DijiKoçum 2026DijiKoçum scenario multiplier
Effect of response speed on the first-conversation rate (5 min ×1.15 · 1 hour ×1 · same day ×0.85 · next day ×0.65) and the execution band in the simulation (full tracking ±10%, partial ±15%, none ±22%). The direction rests on the HBR and MIT studies below; the multipliers themselves are not taken from them and are deliberately far more conservative. The reference is “1 hour”: sector assumptions describe a business at that speed; a rate the user measured is not multiplied again. In the visit model the band is 1.5× wider (offline attribution).
