Watch out
!Don't enter client information without anonymizing it; the duty of confidentiality applies to AI too.!Check case law and article numbers given by AI against official sources. The following case is entirely fictional. On behalf of the landlord, write a short draft formal notice to be sent to the tenant through a notary. Case: The tenant of an apartment rented as a residence has not paid the monthly rent of 18,000 lira for July, August and September 2026. The lease is in writing and rent is due on the 5th of each month. The landlord wants to terminate the lease if the debt isn't paid. Use placeholders such as [LANDLORD] (landlord), [TENANT] (tenant) and [ADDRESS] (address) instead of names. State the statutory article you rely on; don't add case law. At the end of the text, give the points the lawyer should check as a separate list.
What a good answer should include: A successful output: (1) is in the form of a notarial notice with addressee, subject, summary of facts and demand sections; (2) correctly calculates the total debt as 54,000 lira; (3) cites Art. 315 of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098 (TBK) as the basis and gives at least 30 days to pay for a residential lease (writing 10 days is a failure); (4) clearly states that the lease will be terminated if not paid within the period; (5) contains no invented Court of Cassation (Yargıtay) decision, case/decision number or date; (6) invents no real person's name and keeps the placeholders; (7) the closing checklist covers at least the date of service, the start of the period and the lease terms.
