Dollar amounts are approximate, converted at the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (TCMB) rate of $1 = TRY 50.0724 on November 6, 2026.

Closed to applications since April 15, 2024. Technical consulting and digital transformation consulting support were part of this program; some pages still describe it as open.

Who can apply?

  • The program was closed to applications on April 15, 2024; it is on the "Repealed Support Programs" list on the KOSGEB website.[1]

What does it cover?

  • Before it closed: consulting services from KOSGEB-authorized technical consultants, and digital transformation consulting for manufacturers.[2]

How much?

  • Since no new applications are accepted, no amount applies today. The current equivalent of digital transformation consulting is the YÖNDE program.[1][3]

How to apply

  • Applications cannot be made.[1]

  • Our noteAccording to KOSGEB's own list, this program is closed as of October 1, 2026 (on September 25, 2026 it still appeared to be open). If you see a service sold as "free with KOSGEB consulting support," ask which program it is based on.
