These programs are run by Turkish public institutions and are open only to businesses registered in Turkey.

Dollar amounts are approximate, converted at the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (TCMB) rate of $1 = TRY 50.0724 on November 6, 2026.

Interest support for loans taken out for machinery, software and hardware for digital transformation. Only for small and medium-sized manufacturers.

Who can apply?

  • Businesses operating in NACE Section C (manufacturing) (Art. 7/4).[1]
  • Only small and medium-sized enterprises; micro enterprises are not eligible (Art. 7/2).[1]
  • An approved digital transformation report must first be obtained from an authorized consultant (TÜSSİDE or SIRI).[2]

What does it cover?

  • Non-repayable support toward the interest costs of a loan from partner banks. Not a grant: interest support.[2]

How much?

  • Loan minimum TRY 1,000,000 (≈ $20,000), maximum TRY 20,000,000 (≈ $399,000); maximum term 36 months; program duration 24 months.[1][2]

How to apply

  • First a report from an authorized consultant, then an application through the KOSGEB system, and after the Board's evaluation, a loan application to a partner bank.[2]

Not clear in the official documents

  • The directive leaves how the "20 support points" convert into interest support to an approval by the KOSGEB Presidency; the calculation method is not stated in the directive.
