What we build, as it is.
Every item on this page carries an evidence label. You never have to guess whether something is real client work, a concept, our own project or an industry benchmark.

Brand identity by sector
Pick a sector, then a firm. For each: name, logo, palette, typography and photographic direction, then that identity’s Instagram and website. Fictional concept brands and our real work sit side by side — each card’s label says which is which: “Concept” is fictional, “DijiKoçum in-house project” is ours, “Anonymised client work” is a real client’s masked work.

Nüans Aesthetics — The difference no one notices.
A clinic that does not sell exaggeration. The claim is subtlety, so the design does not shout: wide whitespace, one warm accent, unforced light in the photography. Prices are not hidden and recovery time is spelled out day by day.
Bone white reads clinical without going cold; the clay accent carries warmth without clashing with skin tones.

Everything we look at before writing a proposal.
Most agency proposals open with a price list. Ours opens with an inventory of everything we examined — including the areas where we found nothing wrong. The work list comes out of that inventory, not out of guesswork.
All nine areas are scanned one by one — the clean ones go into the report too.
Findability
8 checkpoints- Where you rank for branded and non-branded searches
- Is the Google Business Profile verified, and are the category and opening hours right
- Review count, average rating and the share of reviews you reply to
- Who outranks you in the same category and district
- Do ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity know your brand, and what do they say
- Do robots.txt and llms.txt block AI crawlers
- How many pages are indexed; are the sitemap and Search Console connected
- Are name, address and phone identical across every directory
With no website, the analysis starts here
The answer is not “let’s build a site”. First we write down what is impossible right now because there is none; the decision comes after that.
- You have no address in searchPages of your own that answer what people search for
- Nowhere to show proofWork, reviews and pricing at one address
- Nowhere for an ad to send peopleA measurable landing page for people arriving from ads
- No measurement, therefore no decisionsHow many came, how many called — with numbers
How a finding becomes a scheduled task.

Measure
All nine areas are walked through one by one. Areas with no problem are written down too — “we looked, it was fine” is a result.
Site, accounts, map listing, ads, tracking setupA baseline table: where we stand today - [02]
Finding
Not every number is a finding. An observation counts only if it clears a threshold, is compared against something, and states how many samples it came from.
Raw numbers and observationsFindings that cleared a threshold and were compared - [03]
Work list
Every finding becomes a task: ordered by impact, assigned to one of the four service families, with its metric defined upfront.
FindingsOrdered work with an owner and a defined metric - [04]
Production
Decisions before pixels: no design starts before colour, type and tone are settled. Where a sector restricts, the design grows out of that restriction.
The work list and brand decisionsWork that goes live - [05]
Measure again
The baseline rows are measured again with the same method. The method is never changed mid-way — if it changes, the comparison is meaningless.
Day 30, 60 and 90Same metric, same formula, same reference point
- We do not guarantee a particular ranking.
- We do not sell a “first page” promise.
- We do not report on work we cannot measure.
The analysis arrives in writing: which areas were examined, what was found, what was not, and which task comes in what order.
What we did, how we measured it.
Half the traffic, nearly twice the orders
Thirty-four months of commerce data and sixteen of search data. Social brought large but volatile traffic, while organic search turned fewer sessions into more orders — 984 orders, a third of attributed revenue and 97,900 Google clicks came from search. And it ranked on generic category queries rather than on the brand name: five of the top ten queries carry no brand term. Against that, conversion rate, customer return rate and the share of pages indexed all stayed weak; all three are stated below.
- ORGANIC SEARCH CLICKS
- 97.900
- Search Console · 16 months (19 May 2025 – 18 Sep 2026) · 1.92M impressions, 5.1% CTR
- AVERAGE GOOGLE POSITION
- 6,8
- Search Console · same period · weighted average across all queries
- ORDERS FROM ORGANIC SEARCH
- 984
- Shopify Analytics · 34 months (Dec 2023 – Sep 2026) · channel attribution
- SEARCH SHARE OF ATTRIBUTED REVENUE
- %33
- Shopify Analytics · same period · social 16%, direct/unattributed 50%
DijiKoçum: growth log from zero
We will publish, with raw data, how we build our own site from zero and make it visible on Google and in AI answers. The measurement setup is ready; there is no measured result yet and the first record (T0) is pending.
Where there is no baseline we do not write growth percentages. Instead we list verifiable elements: current visibility, indexed queries, ranking distribution, deliverables and the date measurement began.
