Can I Do It Myself?

Making a proposal or pitch presentation

You can do it yourselfDone with ready-made tools, no technical knowledge needed.

Generate a slide draft from a text or your notes, then correct it with your own data.

Estimated time: About 45 minutes the first time (for a first-timer, an estimate)

Steps

  1. 1

    Write the main message

What do you want the audience to do at the end? Write it in one sentence.

  2. 2

    Generate the draft

Give your notes to Gamma or Copilot and ask for a slide outline; you can also start from a template in Canva.

  3. 3

    Add your own data

Delete invented charts and numbers; add your real data and its source.

  4. 4

    Simplify

One idea per slide; move long paragraphs into speaker notes.

Risks and things to watch

Gamma's free credits are given once, at sign-up. The tool may invent numbers and charts; add the source of every figure yourself.
