What Is Arcads For?
You write a script in Arcads; the AI picks an actor and produces a short vertical video ad in which that actor speaks the script (TikTok, Reels, Meta). It can also translate an existing ad video into other languages. You can clone your own face and voice to create a brand-specific actor too. You can manage ad production from Claude (MCP) or from Arcads's agent, Mark.
Who it's for: e-commerce brands, performance marketers and agencies; people who want to test lots of ad variations quickly.
Is Arcads Free? The 72-Hour Trial and Credits
!There's no permanent free plan. The trial lasts 72 hours, gives 1,000 credits and requires a card. If you don't cancel within three days, the Starter plan is charged automatically to your saved card. The "no free trial" statement in older sources is out of date.

Dollar prices are only shown inside the app, so they aren't listed here; there are no prices in Turkish lira either. According to the terms, fees exclude taxes such as VAT. An Arcads 1.0 speaking-actor video costs 800 credits, a custom actor 1,600 credits (one-time), and a voice clone 80 credits (free on Pro and above). Credit costs don't match across help articles either; check the cost shown on screen before generating.

Are My Scripts and Videos Used for AI Training?
Terms, section 13.4: for your scripts, prompts and uploaded videos, you grant Arcads a license that gives it the right to train AI models in order to improve the service. Data obtained from Google Drive, Dropbox, TikTok and X is separately excluded from training.
While the account is open, data is kept for the life of the account; accounts inactive for 2 years are deleted; when the service ends, the workspace is deleted, so download your videos beforehand. To exercise your right to deletion, you write to the privacy address; an in-app account deletion step isn't described in the documentation.
The data controller is the French company FRESHR SAS; the policy is written under the EU GDPR. There's no section specific to KVKK (Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law).
Can I Use Arcads Videos Commercially? Actor Rights
A worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, including the rights to reproduce, distribute, sell and display, covering commercial use. An exclusive license can't be granted. Modification rights are limited: cropping, music, text, B-roll, logos and the like.
You're responsible for the commercial use of the video. If you breach a restriction, the license becomes void; for some breaches, liquidated damages of €500,000 per breach are provided for. Deepfakes are prohibited.
Custom actors are private to the workspace. There's a clause of €100 a day for delays in deletion when an actor requests withdrawal. Don't create a custom actor with someone else's face or voice.
Terms (effective October 8, 2026): read them yourself before using videos in commercial ads. The requirement for an AI label on Meta isn't clear in the official sources.
How Do I Cancel Arcads? Is There a Refund?
Settings then Billing then Manage subscription › Cancel subscription (Cancel free trial for the trial). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period, and unused credits are lost. The help article says "at the end of the period," while the terms say "no later than 72 hours before the end of the period"; the safe option is to cancel 3 days in advance.
There are no self-service refunds: you write to the support team from your account email, requests must be made within 30 days, and an approved refund arrives in 5-10 business days. If credits have been used, there's no cash refund. For a charge taken after the trial, you can request a one-time refund if no credits have been used and it's within 24 hours.
