What is Google Flow? Making video with Veo, free credits, pricing, availability in Turkey and models
You describe a scene in Flow or upload an image, and Google's models generate video with sound. You arrange clips into a scene, keep a character consistent from clip to clip, and edit the video with text. It is not only Veo: there are also Gemini Omni Flash and the Nano Banana image models, plus Agent and Tools. Turkey and Turkish are on Flow's country and language lists; you must be 18 or older. Flow has no price of its own; it uses Google AI plans. Google's pages contradict each other on free use.

What does Google Flow do? Features
In Flow, you generate video with sound from a written description or from an image. You can give a start and end frame to create a transition, keep the same character or product consistent from clip to clip (Ingredients), edit a video or a clip you uploaded with text, and extend a short clip made with Veo. With Scenebuilder, you arrange clips in order and download them as a single scene.
Agent chats with you to generate ideas, prompts and batches of variations (agent queries don't spend credits); with Tools, you have your own mini effects tool built in plain language. You can also create an avatar with your own face and voice; avatars are not available in the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland.
Who it's for: content creators and agencies producing short films, ads and social media videos.

Is Google Flow free? Credits, plans and pricing
Flow runs on a credit system; each generation spends credits. Google's credits page gives “50 Flow credits per day with or without a subscription.” But Google's own “Get started” page requires a Google AI Plus, Pro or Ultra subscription. The pages don't make clear which one applies: if credits show up in your account, you can use them. At peak hours (roughly 14–17 UTC), video generation may not be possible without a subscription.
- 50 Flow credits a day
- Images and Agent
- Guaranteed video at peak hours
- +200 Flow credits a month
- 400 GB storage
- Free Omni 360p→720p upgrade
- +1,000 Flow credits a month
- 5 TB storage
- Omni 360p→720p upgrade for 0 credits
- 10,000 (5×) or 25,000 (20×) credits a month
- Discount on Veo credit costs
These are Google AI plan prices in the US; Flow has no separate price of its own. Google's page lists $4.99 / $19.99 / $99.99 / $199.99, but it does not explicitly state how those dollar amounts pair with Ultra's 5× and 20× tiers. Plans are canceled through Google One, and the plans page says you can cancel at any time; it doesn't spell out the steps or the refund terms.
- Veo 3.1 Lite 10, Fast 20, Quality 100 credits (on Ultra: Lite 5, Fast 10).
- Gemini Omni Flash 720p: 4 sec 7, 6 sec 10, 8 sec 12, 10 sec 15 credits; 360p draft at half the cost; video editing 40 credits.
- After many generations, the number of generations per minute drops. Agent queries and tool creation have a daily quota.

What happens to what I type into Flow? Training, retention, commercial use
If “Help improve Google Flow” is on, interactions, uploads, outputs and feedback may be used to improve the product. To turn it off: labs.google/fx/flow › More › Help improve Google Flow. Google says not to enter confidential information.
De-identified interactions may be reviewed by trained reviewers and are kept separately from your Google Account for up to 18 months.

Sign-in, access and peak-hour problems
| What happens | What to do |

| Video won't generate at peak hours | Google says video may be restricted for non-subscribers at peak hours (roughly 14–17 UTC); try later or subscribe. |
| Flow won't open or access is denied | Check that you are 18+ and in a listed country, that you use Chrome or Edge, and that your Google account is age-verified. |
| Credits are being spent, but I can't see how many are left | Credit activity on the credits page is shown only to Plus, Pro and Ultra subscribers. |
