What Is Yargı PRO (Yargı MCP)? Connecting Turkish Case Law and Legislation to Your AI Assistant: Setup, Pricing and Desktop App
You connect Yargı PRO to an AI assistant such as Claude, Codex or Antigravity via MCP; you describe the case to the assistant, and it searches a database of Turkish court decisions, legislation, the Official Gazette of Turkey and agency decisions, returning each with its citation and full text. It is a Turkish legal research product. The old open-source Yargı MCP moved into this product, and its free hosted address was shut down. The Mini plan is TRY 599 a month (≈ $12 at the TCMB rate of November 4, 2026; incl. VAT); the 14-day trial requires no payment details, and the AI's own fee is separate. The interface and user guide are in Turkish.

What Does Yargı PRO (Yargı MCP) Do?
When you ask Claude or ChatGPT a legal question, the assistant may write decisions from its own memory; it can make up citations or quote text incorrectly. Yargı PRO closes this gap: it connects to your assistant via MCP (MCP is a type of connection that lets an AI use an outside service). Once connected, the assistant searches Yargı PRO's decision and legislation database based on your question, returns the decision it finds with its citation and full text, and builds its interpretation on that.
Coverage (official source): decisions of the Court of Cassation (Yargıtay), the Council of State (Danıştay), regional appeals courts and local courts (the README says about 11 million decisions), the Constitutional Court (AYM), the European Court of Human Rights (AİHM), 12 types of legislation, the Official Gazette of Turkey and, on the Pro plan, decisions of 18 institutions (Competition Board, KVKK, BDDK, SPK, Court of Accounts, KİK, GİB private tax rulings…).
Who it's for: lawyers, law firms and in-house legal teams who research case law and legislation with an AI assistant. Yargı PRO is an independent product not affiliated with the Turkish Ministry of Justice, UYAP (Turkey's judicial e-system) or e-Devlet (Turkey's e-government portal).
How Do You Connect Yargı PRO to Claude, Codex and Other Assistants?
First you create an account at yargipro.com (with email). Then you add a single address to the assistant you use; on first connection the assistant opens the Yargı PRO sign-in and permission page in your browser. If the desktop app is installed, it can also connect to seven apps, such as Claude Desktop, Codex and Antigravity, in one click.
› https://app.yargipro.com/mcp- Open Customize then Connectors › + › "Add custom connector".
- Name:
Yargı PRO· URL:https://app.yargipro.com/mcp - Press
Add; a permission page opens in your browser. Sign in with your Yargı PRO account and grant access. - Test it by asking Claude something like "latest decisions of the Court of Cassation's 1st Civil Chamber".
The user guide asks for Node.js to be installed on your computer. If you use claude.ai in the browser, the research tools work, but the case folder on your computer isn't visible (homepage FAQ).
› claude mcp add yargi-mcp-pro --transport http https://app.yargipro.com/mcpThen type /mcp in Claude Code and select yargi-mcp-pro; sign-in opens in your browser.
- Settings then Extensions then MCP servers then Add server.
- Server name:
Yargı PRO; choose Streamable HTTP; URLhttps://app.yargipro.com/mcp. Save; sign-in opens in your browser. If the tools appear in the app, setup is complete.
If this route doesn't work, the user guide provides a second setup script using mcp-remote. If both stay enabled, the tools are listed twice; turn one off.
The user guide also has separate steps for ChatGPT mobile, Cursor, Google Antigravity, Antigravity CLI, Codex CLI, VS Code (GitHub Copilot Chat), Microsoft 365 Copilot, Zcode, OpenCode, Cline, Witsy, Hermes Agent, Qwen, LM Studio and Kimi Code. A general route for other apps that support mcp-remote is described too.
How Do You Use Yargı PRO? Ready-Made Request Examples
Once connected, you don't need to type tool names; you ask in plain language and the assistant calls the right Yargı PRO tool itself. The requests below are based on examples from the Yargı PRO user guide.
| What you want to do | What to tell the assistant (user guide) |
|---|---|
| A single article | "Fetch Article 350 of the TBK" |
| Search within a statute | "Find the articles of the Labor Act on notice of termination" |
| Constitutional angle | "Check whether the Constitutional Court (AYM) has annulled this provision" |
| Agency decision (Pro) | "Research the KVKK Board's approach and administrative fine practice in this data breach scenario" |
| Checking your own petition | "Verify each case law citation in the attached petition with the tool one by one, and flag the ones you can't find" |
Skills may not always kick in on their own. The user guide's tip: start your request with "Using Yargı PRO skills"; e.g. "Using Yargı PRO skills, calculate the appeal deadline." The user guide lists 107 skills (criminal, civil, enforcement, administrative, Constitutional Court, ECtHR).
What Does Yargı PRO Desktop Do? UYAP, Notifications and Deadlines
On Solo and higher plans, the desktop app connects to UYAP and UETS (Turkey's national electronic notification system). You choose the case, and the documents download from UYAP to the case folder on your computer using your own e-signature; documents with text (UDF, Word, PDF with a text layer) are converted into text the AI can read. In an assistant that works with folders, such as Codex or Claude Code, you open this folder and work on the files.
Calculates the last day from the service date, taking the judicial recess and public holidays into account, and shows how it got there; while the app is open, it notifies you 7, 3 and 1 days before the last day. You confirm the last day yourself.
PTT (Turkish Post), UETS and UYAP service records in one list.
Automatic querying is off by default. If you turn it on, it suggests a draft request when a new record appears; the draft is not sent to UYAP, you send it.
- macOS 13 (Ventura) or later, or 64-bit Windows; no Linux
- E-signature card, card reader and e-signature software
- Latest version 0.0.63 (October 28, 2026)
!On October 8, 2026, UYAP announced that it would block access if it detects unusually heavy activity from AI tools or bot software (Yargı PRO FAQ). The app downloads at intervals, and if restriction notices repeat, it stops and asks for confirmation; still, the access decision is UYAP's.
Which AIs Does Yargı PRO Work With? Gemini and ChatGPT
Yargı PRO doesn't sell an AI model; it connects to the assistant you already use. Based on your subscription, the user guide suggests this pairing: Claude subscription → claude.ai / Claude Desktop, ChatGPT subscription → Codex, Gemini subscription → Google Antigravity.
| Status | Apps (on the official list) |
|---|---|
| One click from the desktop app | Claude Desktop, Codex in the ChatGPT app, Antigravity, OpenCode, Cline, Kimi Code, Hermes Agent |
| Step by step in the user guide | claude.ai, Claude Code, Codex CLI, ChatGPT mobile, Cursor, Antigravity CLI, VS Code, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Zcode, OpenCode Desktop and CLI, Witsy, Qwen, LM Studio |
You can also connect a model running on your computer (e.g. LM Studio); the user guide notes that small models use tools poorly and results need to be verified. On enterprise accounts, MCP requests can also be made with an API key instead of OAuth.

- Priority support
The Solo and Pro amounts are discounted prices valid until December 31, 2026; the list prices are TRY 1,499 (≈ $30) and TRY 3,899 (≈ $78). For law firms there is a 12-month membership per user; the amount isn't listed on the page; for a quote, use the "Buy annual for your firm" link on the pricing page. Payment is taken by credit card through PayTR, the subscription renews automatically, and monthly subscriptions have no commitment. Dollar amounts are approximate, at the TCMB rate of November 4, 2026.
At the Pro level, no payment details required. When it ends, you aren't charged and no subscription starts automatically; access stops and the plan selection screen opens. Downloaded files stay on your computer.
You pay for your Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini account to that company. The user guide notes that for individual use an app subscription is almost always cheaper than the API (pay per token).
Searches that return a list of results don't count against the monthly pool; tools that fetch full text, semantic search and agency decision search do. Text you've already opened doesn't count again. The size of the pool per plan is not clear in official sources; your remaining allowance is shown in the dashboard.
The user guide's account page describes a different flow: it says new accounts start on a free plan with hourly and daily search quotas, and that upgrading to a paid plan is requested through support, not the dashboard, for now. The homepage and pricing page, however, describe the 14-day Pro trial; which one is current is not clear in official sources. After signing up, check in the dashboard which plan you started on; to upgrade, write to info@yargipro.com.

How Do You Verify the Results? Not Legal Advice
The user guide separates two layers: Yargı PRO searches a real database and returns the real text; the assistant reads, summarizes and interprets that text. Made-up decisions or misquotes arise in the assistant layer. The three habits the user guide recommends:
- Check the tool card: If the answer doesn't show that the search tool was used, say "Don't write from memory; search with the yargi tools and rely only on the decisions you retrieve."
- Have the citation verified: Give back the docket/decision number and have it fetch the full text. If the decision doesn't exist, the tool can't find it.
- Compare the quote with the text: Say "Show me, verbatim from the decision's text, the paragraph where this phrase appears."
!Yargı PRO and this page are not legal advice. Confirm every decision and article you put in a petition against the official source (decision text, legislation, the Official Gazette), and check the last day of any deadline calculation against the legislation.
Where Do My Case Files Go? Data, KVKK and Attorney-Client Privilege
- The search queries your assistant sends to the tools; if a sentence from a document is put in a query, that text too
- Account and session information, app version, operating system, IP address
- The desktop app doesn't send file contents to the server
The assistant where you open the case folder or attach files sends the documents it reads to its own provider. Cloud providers are abroad; assessing the transfer under Article 9 of KVKK (Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law) is your responsibility as the data controller. Yargı PRO recommends an enterprise configuration that doesn't retain data for client documents.
You sign in to UYAP from your own computer; the password doesn't reach Yargı PRO. The PIN is stored on this computer for re-entry using the operating system's encryption service; "Disconnect" in Settings deletes it.
!Documents sit on your computer as unencrypted files; if your Documents folder syncs with OneDrive or iCloud, the documents go to that service too. Yargı PRO recommends turning on disk encryption (FileVault, BitLocker).
How Do You Cancel the Subscription?
- On app.yargipro.com, open dashboard › "My subscription".
- Cancel the subscription; you keep using it until the period ends. If you change your mind, you can resume before the period ends.
- Also remove the connection in your assistant (in Claude: Customize then Connectors then Yargı PRO then Uninstall).
The full cancellation, refund and withdrawal terms are in the Cancellation and Refund and Distance Sales texts under yargipro.com/yasal.
Was the Free Yargı MCP Shut Down? The GitHub Version and the Same Developer's Other Projects
Yes. Yargı MCP was an open-source project that connected Turkish court decisions to assistants. On October 28, 2026, the saidsurucu/yargi-mcp repository on GitHub was reduced to a migration notice: the free hosted address yargimcp.surucu.dev was shut down and no longer works. The same connection continues in Yargı PRO at https://app.yargipro.com/mcp. Said Sürücü is Yargı PRO's technology co-founder.
The repository now contains only the migration notice; whether the old open-source code is distributed elsewhere is not clear in official sources. Before using an old copy, check its source and maintenance yourself.
If you added the old address to your assistant, remove it and connect with the new address through a Yargı PRO account. Guides to the same developer's other open-source MCP projects that connect to Turkish data:
