11 Claude Commands for LinkedIn: How to Install linkedin-agent-skill

Posts, comments, profile, plan, carousel: 11 commands write the drafts, and the share button stays with you.

Short answer

linkedin-agent-skill is a free, open-source (MIT) package written by Jake Schincariol: 11 skills for Claude. /li-post turns a single idea into a post, /li-comment writes comments, /li-profile scores your profile, /li-plan builds a weekly plan, /li-carousel makes a document post, and /li-human is a humanizer that cleans up and scores a draft. The package doesn't connect to your LinkedIn account, doesn't post and doesn't send messages; every command gives you a draft ready to copy. Since the LinkedIn User Agreement doesn't allow automated posting or messaging bots, this is also the safest way. DijiKoçum's PDF covers each of the 11 commands, what the humanizer can and can't do with Turkish text, and profile headline and 4-week plan suggestions for 12 industries.

  1. Install the package.

The easiest way: give Claude the repo address (github.com/Jakeschincariol/linkedin-agent-skill) and say "Install this skill, then confirm that /li-post works." If you're using Claude Code:

    # manual copy (in the terminal)
    git clone https://github.com/Jakeschincariol/linkedin-agent-skill.git
    cp -r linkedin-agent-skill/skills/li-* ~/.claude/skills/

    # or as a plugin (inside Claude Code)
    /plugin marketplace add Jakeschincariol/linkedin-agent-skill
    /plugin install linkedin-agent
  2. Fill in your voice.md file.

Copy templates/voice.md to ~/.claude/linkedin/voice.md. All 11 commands read this file; if it's empty, the output sounds like everyone else's. The package is written in English; if you're going to write in Turkish (or another language), state it explicitly in the file, e.g., "My posts are in Turkish." Instead of filling it in by hand, you can give Claude 3 of your old posts and have it write the file:

Below are 3 posts I've shared on LinkedIn.
Extract my voice profile from them and write it to ~/.claude/linkedin/voice.md
    following the layout of templates/voice.md.
My posts are in [language]. Who I'm writing for: [target audience].
    Words I never use: [ ... ].
    Real numbers I can use: [ ... ].
    ---
    [post 1]
    ---
    [post 2]
    ---
    [post 3]
  3. Get your profile scored.

Type /li-profile and paste your headline and About text. It scores them out of 100 against a 12-point rubric and rewrites the weak spots, starting with the biggest problem.

  4. Have it write your first post.

/li-post plus one concrete thing happening in your business this week. You get 3 hook options and a full draft. Wherever you see {{your number}} in the draft, write only a real number.

  5. Clean it up and post it yourself.

Clean up the draft with /li-human, do the final read yourself and post it on LinkedIn yourself. Send comments and messages one by one, by hand, too; don't set up bulk or scheduled automated messages.

How to measure it

Try it for a week: voice.md, one profile score, two posts. Look at which draft you posted with almost no edits; that's your voice. Compare your posts' engagement rates with /li-audit.

Frequently asked questions

Does this package post on LinkedIn for me?

No. It doesn't connect to your account, doesn't log in, doesn't post and doesn't send messages. It writes drafts; you press the share button.

Is it paid?

The package is free and open source (MIT). You need your own Claude account to use Claude; Claude Code is available on paid plans.

Does the humanizer work on Turkish text?

Partly. Cleaning up invisible characters and punctuation works; since the list of stock phrases was written for English text, the word replacement largely doesn't work. It also doesn't guarantee the text is "undetectable."
