What Is Botpress Used For? Can You Use It Without Coding?
In Botpress you build an AI agent: it learns from your site's pages, PDFs and tables, answers customer questions and hands the conversation to a human when needed. After you sign up, a wizard builds the agent in a few minutes; you edit it with drag and drop in Studio. You add the Webchat embed code to your site or connect a channel.
Largely yes; you build the agent in the interface. For more complex flows you may want to write code, but you don't need to in order to get started.

!For WhatsApp you need a Facebook account and business page, a WhatsApp Business account and Meta business verification. Until Meta verification is complete, the bot can't send messages to WhatsApp users; while you wait, you can test with the WhatsApp Playground. Meta's template message fees are separate and aren't stated in the Botpress docs.

AI spend is included in the plans. Older listings showed “25 conversations” for Free; the current page says 100. The page gives the number of seats on Free as both 3 and 1.

Your Data, Training and Refunds
Privacy notice: conversation data and end users' personal data aren't used for model improvement or training.
Logs 30 days, conversations and messages 90 days, files indefinitely. Data is on AWS (US or a chosen location); subprocessors include OpenAI and Azure. There's no statement specific to KVKK (Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law); conversations can be deleted with the Chat API.
The official documentation says nothing either way about Turkish. The Webchat interface can be translated with CSS; for multilingual conversations there's the Translator Agent.
On a self-service plan, the contract ends when you delete your account in the interface. You can request a refund of the subscription fee within 7 days of a charge, once every 12 months; outside this window there's no refund on yearly plans; AI credit isn't refunded.
