How Do You Use Planner 5D? Is It Free, Pricing, Turkish Support, AI Features and Using It on a PC

Planner 5D lets you draw the floor plan of a room or a home on screen and try it out in 2D and 3D by adding furniture, colors and textures. It is used to see the layout, walkway clearances and colors before buying furniture or starting a renovation. The target audience is interior designers, architecture students, real estate agents and people rearranging their homes.

To start, you create an account. According to the Terms of Service, the service is offered to people aged 16 and over. The browser version needs no installation; the apps sync projects across devices.

Collaboration is available on all plans, including the free one: you can invite your partner, your landlord or your client and give them view or edit permission.

AI Studio is a separate AI workspace (ai.planner5d.com). According to the pricing page, it can furnish an empty room, change a room's style while keeping its layout, edit a detail you select, generate and edit floor plan images, and prepare images, architectural videos and room tour drafts. A chat-like “Canvas Agent” mode guides you step by step.

!Because AI Studio can furnish and restyle a room, the image it produces is not the actual room. In a real estate listing or a client presentation, state that it was “created with AI”; letting it be mistaken for the real apartment makes the listing misleading.

The pricing page lists several third-party models used for images and video; model versions change often, so they aren't given here.

The pricing page says these amounts are the prices published for the US and may vary with local currency and taxes. The official sources don't state a Turkish lira price or Turkish VAT (KDV) for web payments; check the amount on the checkout screen. The Enterprise plan is custom-priced and arranged with the sales team.

This summary is based on Terms of Service section 1.3 (terms last changed September 10, 2021). The pricing page describes the Professional plan with watermark-free 4K renders and a branded profile; the terms don't name which plan counts as the “commercial account”. If you'll do client work, write to Planner 5D support before buying and get your plan confirmed in writing.

!Under section 2.2 of the terms, ownership of the content you create (rooms, plans, images you upload) is transferred to Planner 5D; you are granted a license to use it within the service. There is no separate rights clause for AI Studio outputs. This is not legal advice; read the terms yourself for important work.

A subscription is cancelled on the platform where it was bought; an App Store subscription can't be cancelled from the web. Deleting the app or the account does not cancel the subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal; paid features stay on until the end of the period.

After cancelling, your account and projects are not deleted, but full catalog access ends. Under Planner 5D's refund policy (last changed February 24, 2025), subscription fees are not refunded and unused time is not paid back; only if the product is defective do you write to the help center within 14 days of purchase. For App Store and Microsoft Store purchases, refund requests go only to Apple or Microsoft.
