What Is invideo? Is It Free, Pricing, Credit System, Watermark, Turkish Support and How to Use It

You give invideo's agent your idea or raw footage; it makes the first cut, and then you fix it by hand on a multi-track timeline. Officially called invideo AI, it runs in the browser and on phones, and also generates images, video and audio with more than 200 models. There is a free account, but its credits are limited and downloads carry a watermark; paid plans start at Basic $9 per seat billed monthly and are based on credits that reset every month. The official documentation doesn't clearly say whether the interface is available in Turkish or whether Turkish voiceover is supported.

What is invideo for?

invideo describes itself as an "agentic video editor." The agent is an AI assistant that works on your behalf: you give it your idea, script or raw footage; it plans, generates media and does the editing. The result opens on a real timeline (the editing screen where cuts, layers and audio tracks are arranged), and you can take over by hand at any moment. Every job the agent and models do spends credits. Credits are a usage allowance that works like the platform's currency.

The parts of the product, in invideo's own terms:

  • Agent Two: the agent that turns your idea into a video. It helps with the script, storyboard, media generation and editing. You can also define your own agents (such as a cinematographer or music designer).
  • invideo Editor: a multi-track timeline that runs in the browser. It has keyframes, color grading, an audio mixer, effects and transitions. You export the video as MP4 or as an editable project for Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
  • Agents & models: video, image and audio generation with more than 200 AI models. You name the model in your request or pick it from the panel.
  • Vision: turns text into a 9-frame (3×3) storyboard with consistent characters and lighting; for locking in the visual language before a shoot.
  • Multiplayer: you work live with your team on the same project; there is a share link for comments.

Who it's for: content creators and small teams who need to produce ad, social media or short film videos. No coding needed; the first step is a prompt and, optionally, your own footage.

The official documentation doesn't say which of the agent, editor and video models are available on a free account; for each feature in this section, the "What can it do?" section explains what you can do.

How do you download invideo and create an account?

The official app is listed in the App Store as "invideo: AI Video Editor" (Invideo Inc) and on Google Play under the same name (invideo INC). "APK download" sites and copies outside the stores are not official; enter your password and payment details only on invideo.io and the store pages.

  1. Open invideo.io and click Sign up or Login. You can continue with Google, Apple or email.
  2. No password: when you enter your email address, a 6-digit code arrives; you enter it right away. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, change the email or write to the support chat on the page.
  3. Age limit: at least 13; 16 in the EU, the UK and Switzerland. Users under 18 may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
  4. Once your account is open, a workspace is set up for you; you invite teammates from there.

How do you use invideo?

  1. Go to ai.invideo.io. Type your idea, or choose Timeline Editor below the prompt box to create an empty timeline.
  2. If you have your own footage, upload or drag it into the Media panel.
  3. Create an agent and describe what you want: length, opening, ending, details to keep.
  4. Watch the result in the Monitor and on the timeline; trim, split and reorder clips by hand, or ask the agent for a specific fix.
  5. When it's ready, click Export in the top bar; you can choose H.264 · MP4, audio only or a PNG still.
First cut from raw footage"Make a 60-second first cut from these interview clips. Keep the answers in order, drop the false starts and end with the product demo."This example is based on the one in invideo's own help article. The agent's work spends credits; manual editing doesn't.

How does invideo work with Claude and ChatGPT? MCP connection

MCP is an open standard that lets AI assistants talk to external tools. If you add invideo MCP, the assistant you use, such as Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, arranges clips in a project in invideo Editor, adds titles, transitions and effects, adjusts color and audio, and generates images / video / audio. Changes appear live in the editor; you can keep going by hand on the same timeline.

  1. Open Claude on the web or in the desktop app; Customize then Connectors.
  2. Click Add and choose custom connector. Name it invideo.
  3. Paste the address below as the server URL; when Claude says "Connect for invideo," sign in with your invideo account.
  4. In a conversation, turn on invideo from + › Connectors and try: "Use invideo to show me my projects".

In a Team or Enterprise workspace, the workspace owner must first add invideo under Organization settings then Connectors; then you connect it to your own account.

Which model? Models and agent modes in invideo

Alongside its own agents, invideo offers more than 200 models in the same workspace. A model is an AI that does a single job (generating images, video or audio); an agent is the assistant that coordinates the work. You can name the model in your request or pick it from the Agents & models panel. The cost varies by model and is shown before generation.

On which plan

According to the pricing page, the Basic plan has only Seedance 2.0 Fast and Mini; Seedance 2.5 and the full Seedance 2.0 are on Pro and Ultra. The official documentation doesn't say which models are available on a free account; look for a lock or cost information on the model.

How to switch

On the home screen, go to Agents & models from the bottom menu, browse by category or type the model name in your request; invideo routes the generation to that model. See the cost in advance from the settings icon.

Effect on usage rights

The output license is in invideo's terms (Commercial use section). Third-party model providers' own content restrictions (for example on real faces) may block generation.

The model list and descriptions are from invideo's help articles and pricing page; credit values are the approximate figures marked "~" on the pricing page. Model versions change often; this section was checked on October 14, 2026.

Is invideo free? Plans, credits, watermark and pricing

Yes, you can open a free account without entering card details. But it's limited: it gives limited credits, the quota resets weekly and downloaded videos carry a watermark. The official documentation doesn't state the free plan's credit amount or which features are available. Paid plans from the pricing page (per person, i.e. per-seat pricing):

The pricing page also has Team and Business tabs, plus Enterprise for organizations; their terms and amounts are in those tabs and with the sales team. On Pro and Ultra, each plan also includes guest seats (10 on Pro, 20 on Ultra) at no extra cost, and each gets 190 credits. Payment: credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The subscription renews monthly or yearly from the day you subscribe; if the price changes, it applies from the next renewal and with advance notice.

How do credits run out?
  • What spends them: the agent's work and model generation (images, video, audio, music) spend credits. Manual editing, exporting and downloading don't.
  • How much: it varies by model, resolution and length. Click the settings icon to see the cost before generating. In the agent, a message's ··· menu shows that message's cost, and the project menu shows the project total under "Project Usage".
  • They reset every month and don't roll over: paid plan credits renew on the day you subscribed (UTC); on a yearly plan, credits are also given monthly. If a paid plan drops to free, remaining paid credits don't carry over.
  • Extra credits: you can buy extra credits without changing your plan; purchased credits are valid for up to 12 months or until the end of your paid subscription (whichever comes first).
  • Reining in the agent: the default is "Always allow." If you choose "Ask before generating videos" or "Always ask before generating" in the permission box, the agent shows the model, length and aspect ratio and asks for approval before generating. You can also set a credit limit per project.
  • Prices aren't fixed: invideo states on the pricing page that it may update credit costs without prior notice.
  • Reported by users The most frequently repeated complaint in Turkish App Store reviews is that the monthly fee runs out after a few short videos and payment is requested again once credits are gone. Before moving to a paid plan, start with a short test length and low quality.
How do you remove the watermark?

On a free account, downloaded videos carry a watermark; on a paid plan, the watermark is removed when you export. On the preview page, the watermark appears on paid plans too (to show the source libraries); it's removed when you export. Projects you exported before subscribing keep the watermark: export the project again after subscribing. If you edit a video made on a paid plan after the plan ends and you drop to free, you still need a paid plan to download it without a watermark.

In-app purchase prices (App Store)

Web prices are in US dollars. If you buy through the app, the App Store lists the following items under "In-App Purchases"; their prices are set per country by the App Store (October 14, 2026):

The store item names (Plus, Max, Generative) don't match the plan names on the website (Basic, Pro, Ultra), and the page doesn't say how many credits each one gives. Read the item description in the store before buying. Web prices are charged to your card in your local currency; store prices may differ because of taxes and fees. The official documentation doesn't say whether web prices include tax.

What happens to what I upload to and generate in invideo?

Model training

According to the privacy policy (July 8, 2026), invideo doesn't use your content, prompts and outputs to train or fine-tune its own AI models. The external AI providers it uses fall into two tiers: "Standard" providers can't use your content for their own purposes (including model training); those in the "Experimental" tier may use it to improve models under their own terms. Which provider is in which tier: see the trust.invideo.io/subprocessors list.

Deletion

Settings then Manage account › Delete workspace, then Delete account. The help center says an account can only be deleted on the Free plan; if you have a paid subscription, cancel it first. If you run into trouble, you fill out the form and the team deletes it within 12 hours. After a deletion request, data is removed from production systems within about 90 days; it's deleted from backups on the normal cycle.

Face and voice data

For custom avatars and voice cloning, facial and voice features are processed; your explicit consent is requested for this in a separate in-product step, apart from the terms, and you can withdraw it in account settings. Faces and voices in media you upload are not used to identify anyone.

Age limit

At least 13 (16 in the EU, the UK and Switzerland); users under 18 may use it with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

KVKK and data location

The privacy policy doesn't mention KVKK (Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law); it lists rights under GDPR, the UK, CCPA and India's DPDP. Personal data may be transferred to other countries. For requests, privacy@invideo.io.

Get permission before uploading face and voice recordings belonging to clients, students or anyone else. invideo's terms require you to have obtained all necessary permissions for the image, voice and likeness of identifiable people.

Can I use what invideo generates in my business?

According to the terms of use (July 8, 2026), you own the content you upload and the outputs and designs you generate. invideo also grants you a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display and commercialize the outputs; this license continues after you cancel your subscription and is preserved for exported outputs.

Allowed
  • Using, modifying and distributing outputs in ads, social media and client work
  • Continuing to use outputs you exported even after the subscription ends
  • Ownership of the content you upload
Not allowed
  • Building a competing product with invideo
  • Circumventing usage limits and access controls
  • Illegal, hateful or obscene content; content depicting or sexualizing minors
  • Deceptively impersonating someone, producing harmful deepfakes
  • Outputs may not be unique; others may get similar or identical results, and you gain no exclusive rights over common elements.
  • For outputs that use licensed content (Licensed Content) such as stock footage, audio and fonts, your rights are limited by that content's own license terms; invideo gives you no exclusivity over this content.
  • If law or industry standards require disclosing that something is an AI product, disclosing it to your audience is your responsibility.
  • On a free account, downloaded videos carry a watermark; watermark-free output requires a paid plan.

Common problems and fixes

What happensWhat to do
My credits run out fast and I get few videosCheck the cost in the settings icon before generating; choose "Always ask before generating" in the agent permission box; test with Lite mode and a short length. Reported by users This is the most frequent complaint in Turkish App Store reviews.

Generation was blocked because of the face in my referenceSome video models may block inputs containing real human faces at the provider level. Blur the face or use an illustrated / 3D-style reference.
I can't delete my accountThe help center says deletion can be done on the Free plan; cancel the paid subscription first. If you get stuck, apply via the form.
I bought a subscription but can't generateIf you bought it through a store, check that the subscription and credits are linked to your account; if the problem persists, support@invideo.io. Reported by users This complaint appears in Turkish App Store reviews.

How do you cancel an invideo subscription, and are there refunds?

  1. If you bought on the web, click your profile in the top right › Subscription.
  2. Click Cancel and complete the on-screen steps. The plan lasts until the end of the period, then your account drops to the free plan; the card is automatically removed from the account.
  3. If you bought on iPhone, cancel from the subscriptions page in the App Store; if on Android, from Google Play.
Refunds

A refund can be requested within 7 days of the first purchase or renewal and if the subscription hasn't been used. If any video or asset has been generated or downloaded in your account, the subscription counts as "used" and isn't refunded. Each request is reviewed individually; if approved, the money reaches your account in 5-10 business days. There are no partial (prorated) refunds, and credits aren't refunded either. To apply: support@invideo.io, with your account details and reason. If you bought through Apple, request the refund from Apple.

  • If you picked the yearly plan by mistake: switching to monthly takes effect at the end of the period, not immediately. If it hasn't been used, you can apply within the 7-day refund window.
  • If you upgrade your plan, the upgrade takes effect immediately; you pay only the difference for the remaining period, and unused credits carry over to the new plan.
  • Reported by users Some Turkish App Store reviewers write that their refund requests were rejected as "used"; read the condition above before moving to a paid plan and decide before your first generation.
